About
the Job
Glendale City Employees Federal Credit Union is seeking a
full time branch manager. This individual will be responsible
for daily operational activities, including training, coaching
and supervising staff, and promoting the credit union’s
products and services. Candidates must have excellent communication,
leadership and organizational skills, with five years minimum
credit union or banking background, with supervisory experience.

Position
Responsibilities
Direct and administer branch operations. Ensure compliance
with established policies, procedures and regulations.
Be aware of all NCUA regulations and changes, as well as
NCUA stabilization program. Oversee provision of full services
to current and prospective members. Ensure that members
are served promptly and professionally. Train, direct,
motivate and supervise branch staff.
